The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is the largest mosque in the Sultanate of Oman. It is an Islamic architectural landmark built using ancient Islamic architectural styles. The mosque has five minarets symbolising the pillars of Islam, an auditorium, a library as well as the Institute of Islamic Studies.
